Before there was rock and roll, there was swing.

And Bucky Pizzarelli still swings with the best of them–who include Ed Laub, Frank Vignola and Gene Bertoncini on guitar, Jerry Bruno on bass (at 94!) and Jay Dittamo on drums.

They all helped Mr. P. celebrate his 88th birthday, at last week’s Bucky Birthday Guitar Summit at the Bickford Theatre in Morris Township.
