Years ago, Neil Young sang, A Man Needs a Maid.  He must have envisioned Downton Abbey, the PBS series where every British country gent has a maid…and, if he’s smart, a handy assortment of body bags to avoid bloodying the carpet.

With Season Four finally approaching, fans can gather at the Morristown & Township Library at 7 pm on Oct. 30, 2013, for another session with the D.A. Support Group.

Edwardian costumes are recommended–it is almost Halloween, after all. Tea and scones will be served, and Professor George Robb will discuss early 20th-century England elections.

Fans also may wish to place friendly wagers on which Downton characters will be killed off this season–and whether enough characters will survive for a Season Five. Admission: Free. The library is at One Miller Road in Morristown.
