If there were a Mount Rushmore of jazz guitarists, these guys might be on it:

Bucky Pizzarelli, who has accompanied everyone worth accompanying since Benny Goodman, was joined in a “Guitar Summit” at Saturday’s Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival by Ed Laub, Frank Vignola and special guest Gene Bertoncini.

Bucky continues to tease delightful sounds from his guitar at age 87.

“He shows no signs of stopping,” observed Mike Katz, president of the New Jersey Jazz Society.

We’re grateful for that!

Hope you enjoy watching this video clip as much as we enjoyed shooting it.

More to come.
