MORRISTOWN, NJ—Do you suffer from stress or tension? Do you experience unfocused thinking? Do you have clutter in your house, your office, your closet or even your car?

Then join us as Alissa Okrent provides participants with ways to decrease body tension, support for relationships and even basic principles for clearing clutter. The Morristown & Morris Township Library is hosting her free program on Tuesday, June 4, beginning at 10 a.m. Refreshments will be served.

This program is supported through funding from the Friends of the Morristown & Morris Township Library.

This program is designed for people to reconnect with their inner strength, feel calm, clear and purposeful. Participants will be guided in how to take steps towards feeling energetic and confident with an increased trust they can succeed in the face of any life challenge.

Alissa’s presentation will allow participants to breathe easier, feel more relaxed and think with greater clarity.

Bio:

Alissa Okrent has 25 years of experience as a fitness and wellness professional. She received a BCC credential in Life Coaching, and is a certified fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 1987.

Through her own life’s journey, Alissa has evolved a passion and commitment to sharing her special gift for overcoming day-to-day struggles, defusing tension, relaxing, laughing and moving with grace and ease by aligning mind, body and spirit. She now shares this gift with you!
