Never mind the calendar. Sunday was Valentine’s Day in Morris Township

The calendar said April 14, but The Minstrel said “Valentine’s Day.”

Sunday’s make-up celebration (the weather was bad in February) was so much fun that we hope the Folk Project considers moving its Christmas concert to July Fourth, and maybe trying Halloween around St. Patrick’s Day.

It’s good to shake things up once in a while.

Andy Goessling of Railroad Earth, Grover Kemble of Za Zu Zaz fame, and the Loving Hearts Club Big Boogie Band put hearts in motion in at the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship in Morris Township.

Next up:  Annie and the Hedonists plays The Minstrel at 8 pm on April 19, with Tumbling Bones as openers.
