More on the CVS proposal to Morristown: The latest plans

0

As we reported earlier, the Morristown Council voted 6-0 with one abstention to support plans for a CVS pharmacy on the site of a vacant car dealership at the corner of Spring Street and Speedwell Avenue.

Here is the formal presentation that was made on Thursday to the council. Below is a diagram of the proposed layout, and conceptual images of the building and a “pedestrian park.”

The CVS plans go to the planning board for review on Dec. 6 and return to the council on Dec. 13 for final approval. The council is being asked to amend the town’s Speedwell Avenue redevelopment plan to accommodate the pharmacy.
