Let us start by saying…Happy Thanksgiving!

Hurricane Sandy reminded us to count our blessings. Count them with someone you love over this holiday weekend in Greater Morristown.

Do a Turkey Trot, decorate some swag, welcome Santa Claus.

Some suggestions are below… for more ideas, finish your pumpkin pie and trot over to our handy calendar.

At 6:30 pm, Santa makes his triumphal return to the Morristown Green, where he will remain until Dec. 23 (when other duties will call him away.) Welcome Santa, enjoy the lighting of the Christmas tree, hear some carols, and prepare for the 99th Christmas Festival at the Morristown Green, which will run for four straight weekends in December. Organized by the Morristown Partnership, the festival will include ice sculpting, electric train rides, carols and crafts, and of course, visitations with Kris Kringle himself.
