The Morristown Parking Authority will be opening municipal garages to residents for free on Monday, Oct. 29, at 4 pm, so cars can be off the streets for the brunt of Hurricane Sandy, Mayor Tim Dougherty’s office announced Saturday.

Changes may occur to this schedule based on the track of the storm; more details will be provided Monday morning here and at the town website.

Here is a map of the parking facilities.
