Do you have what it takes to serve as master of ceremonies at the Morristown’s Got Talent Show? This year, the Morris Educational Foundation is holding open auditions for the role for the sixth annual show, scheduled for Feb. 27 at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown.
The auditions will be held Oct. 2 at Morristown High School and are open to talented individuals age 18 or older. Those planning to audition must register by Sept. 27 by downloading the form on the website here and returning it via e-mail or regular mail. Questions can be directed to morristownsgottalent@gmail.com.
Regular auditions for the talent show will be held on Dec. 15. Pre-registration is required; more information will follow later this fall.
Earlier this year, a sold-out Morristown’s Got Talent raised more than $50,000 for the Morris Educational Foundation. The foundation generates and distributes financial and other resources to and for enrichment programs and other projects to enhance the quality of education and educational opportunities for students in the Morris School District.
