0

NHL Hall of Famer Pat LaFontaine visited the Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown to open the Lion’s Den, a high-tech playroom for adolescent patients, on June 21, 2012.

Proceeds from the 2010 Frozen Flashback–a do-over of a canceled 1989 high school hockey championship between Delbarton and St. Joe’s–helped fund the playroom.

In this video clip, Pat remembers a game he wishes he could do over. He also talks about the NHL’s problem with concussions, which cut short his career, and about why he is involved with Lion’s Dens around the country.
