What will the 268-apartment Speedwell Avenue redevelopment REALLY look like?
You can find out tonight, March 22, at 7:30 pm. The redeveloper returns to the Morristown planning board seeking variances to proceed with the first phase of this massive project, which has been percolating for about a decade.
Phase one involves town property that presently houses the public works garage, behind Early Street and Atno Avenue, off of Speedwell. The town council gave the green light in January.
