Morristown church youths take in New York’s holiday scene

Following an overnight at the church, the youth group at  St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown rose before dawn  on Dec. 4 and hit the highway at 5:15 a.m. to see the Christmas decorations in Manhattan. Seventeen teens and four adult chaperones visited the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, breakfasted at the Skylight Diner and then examined the windows at Macy’s on 34th Street before heading back to Morristown. Here are some views of the early-morning excursion.
