Grand openings: Kebab Fusion in Morristown

Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty trotted out his scissors for a Nov. 22 ribbon-cutting at Kebab Fusion, the Mediterranean restaurant at 27 South St. that opened its doors in September.

The father-and-son team of Moe and Islam Douban serve falafel, shawerma, gyros and kebabs, in addition to burgers, pizza and seafood entrees. Kebab Fusion is open daily for lunch and dinner, with lunch specials and free delivery and takeout. A spokesman said the restaurant also can cater private or corporate events. It even offers gift cards for the holidays–so you can wish someone a Kebab Christmas.
