Two-time Emmy winner Elliott Ruga, who entered a fascinating documentary about urban planning in this year’s MorristownGreen.com Film Festival, has produced another video explaining the importance of the New Jersey Highlands.
Elliott is senior policy advisor and campaign coordinator for the New Jersey Highlands Coalition, which obtained permission to use images from the NJN documentary The Highlands Rediscovered.
The Harding resident also exhibited photos recently from a trip to the African nation of Malawi, one of the world’s poorest countries.
