Attention!

If you are an active-duty service member, a member of the Reserves or National Guard, or a U.S. military veteran…

…and you are getting hitched…

two Morristown bridal businesses want to give you a free bridal gown.

The bridal shop i do… i do and the wedding planning company My Bellissima are giving away 100 wedding gowns, valued up to $3,000, to the first 100 brides, grooms or fiancés who enter i do…i do on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, and can produce a valid military i.d.

Doors open at 10 a.m. at the shop on 35 South St.

“One of the biggest wedding decisions for the bride-to-be is The Dress,”  Leia Marley, co-owner of i do… i do… said in a statement. “We want to make some dreams come true for those who serve our country so well.”

Kara Thorson of My Bellissima added: “We know that weddings are expensive and hope this will take one thing off the ‘to do’ list.”

There also will be raffle drawings for wedding-related prizes from local businesses such as My Bellissima, Enjou Chocolat and The Dain Shoppe.  And the gown recipients will receive gift bags, according to i do…i do…

i do… i do… was established by Leia Marley and Patricia Lipper in 2009.  Laura Bianco and Kara Thorson started My Bellissima five years earlier.

Anyone planning a wedding also will want to visit Here Comes the Bride, on Nov. 3 at Century 21 in Morristown. Sponsored by the Morristown Partnership, the bridal expo will feature more than two dozen local businesses involved in all aspects of weddings.
