Osama bin Laden’s sting was felt especially sharply in Morris County, which lost 64 people in the 2011 terror attacks on New York and Washington. Quite a few of the victims were from our backyard–six are commemorated at Ginty Field in Morris Township.
On Monday we asked visitors around the historic Morristown Green how they felt about the death of Bin Laden. Some of their responses are in this video. While everyone seems happy to see him go, many are less certain about whether it will make a dent in terrorism.
