Ten-for-10 is a batting average that would get you your own wing in the Hall of Fame. So Tom Ficarra, superintendent for the Morris School District, could be forgiven Wednesday if he gloated after shepherding his 10th straight school budget to victory.
But of course, he remained humble, as you can see in this video interview, recorded moments after the last results confirmed a 2-1 margin for the $101 million 2011-12 budget. Voters in Morristown and Morris Township approved the spending plan by roughly the same ratio.
