Morristown does Halloween proud

Way back when, near the dawn of time, Halloween was magical. It wasn’t just the candy. It was the creepy, too.

TV stations would roll out Frankenstein and Dracula and The Wolf Man and, as the days grew short and cold, your imagination took a chilly turn.

Morristown has no shortage of imagination these days, resulting in a marvelously macabre weekend of unearthly delights.

Congratulations to the Morristown Partnership, Bike Morristown, the Arts Council of the Morris Area, the Morris Tourism Bureau and St. Peter’s Episcopal Church for pulling together some truly Spook-tacular events for boys and ghouls of all ages.

We will parcel out pictures and accounts from these events all morning as we bid a fond and frightful farewell to October. Please send us your photos and stories, too.
