Last week we introduced you to Jaime Burdette, a culinary student from Morris Plains who enjoys the discipline of fighting at Morristown’s K.O. Boxing Club.

Here’s how he fared in Saturday’s Diamond Gloves amateur tournament at the Morristown Neighborhood House, against Robert Braschi of Irvington. The ringside instructions that you hear in the video during the hard-fought match are mainly from Jaime’s trainer, Esteban Rodriguez.
