Starting Wednesday at 10 a.m., job hunters can attend a free series of workshops courtesy of the Morristown & Township Library.
The weekly sessions are scheduled for the Great Hall of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 70 Maple Ave. in Morristown.
First up: “Job Search in Troublesome Times,” covering:
- Why Me? Developing a Plan
- The Internet
- Your Resume
The session runs from 10 until 12:30 pm and will be taught by Rick Pascal, a professional interview coach and executive recruiter, and Bob Richards, a human resources professional with over 25 years experience.
On Sept. 22, the topic is “Job Search Skills for the Age 40+ Worker,” taught by Nancy Anderson of Blackbird Learning Associates.
On Sept. 29, Cynthia Clark of Career Quest Coaching Inc. addresses “Coping With Job Loss”:

- Ask the Coach: Addressing Your Job Search Questions
And on October 6, Lisa Chenofsky Singer of Human Resources Consulting discusses “Job Search Strategy”:
- Resume Preparation and Refinement
- Interview Strategies and Techniques
