We bumped into Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (R-11th Dist.) near his office today. He was dashing off to Picatinny Arsenal to dedicate a new pyrotechnics lab to the memory of Marine Corps Lt. JT Wroblewski , the first Morris County resident killed serving in Iraq.
The Congressman returned last week from a two-day visit to Afghanistan, where he spoke with U.S. troops and General David Petraeus , commander of NATO forces in that country.
“We’re making some positive steps,” the Congressman said.
