Morris Township police investigating home invasion that injured two

Morris Township police are investigating an armed assault and robbery that injured two men in a Cleveland Avenue home on Thursday morning.

The victims required medical attention after the 10:15 am incident, which occurred in the Township’s Collinsville section, police Capt. Mark DiCarlo said in a statement.

Police are asking the public for any information about the suspects, described as two African American individuals, and possibly an Hispanic person.

One wore a red jacket or long sleeve shirt, with blue jeans and black gloves. Another wore a blue or black jacket or long sleeve shirt, with grey sweatpants.
