From Temple B’nai Or:
Nestled in beautiful, historic Morristown, NJ, Temple B’nai Or, celebrates the 5th annual community art exhibit in the Linda Grandis Blatt Gallery.
Featuring 15 local artists, the 2017 exhibit explores the theme, Healing: Embracing Community through Art.
Each year a portion of sales from the community show is donated to a local charity. This year’s worthy recipient is Jersey Battered Women’s Services, Inc. JBWS in Morris County, NJ, is a full- service domestic violence and domestic abuse prevention agency with volunteer opportunities.
The opening of this exhibition is scheduled in the Linda Grandis Blatt Gallery at Temple B’nai Or, 60 Overlook Road, Morristown, on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017, from 3-5 pm. The reception, which is open to the public, will feature a presentation from JBWS, and a chance to meet and hear from the featured artists.
Featured artists are: Cathleen McCoy Bristol, Mark de Mos, Mike Dziomba, Alessandra Farina, Terri Forester, Susan Gates, Theresa Kubert, Jessica Lawrence, Roger McCoach, Eduard Moldoveanu, Amy Rozen, Louise Russano, Daniel Sroka, Stephanie Shulman and Wolfgang Wittling.
