Wasn’t it just World Series time?
The seasons seem to rush here so much faster than they used to. Alas, the calendar says it is winter. The proof comes at 6 o’clock tonight, Dec. 21, 2016, at the Early Street Community Garden in Morristown.
Grow It Green Morristown hosts its annual Winter Solstice Celebration. Bundle up your cares and woes, and toss them on the bonfire.
Then, head over to Morris Plains for a free holiday concert by the Morris Plains Community Band. Showtime is 7 PM at the Borough School. Enter from the rear parking lot on Mountain Way. Here is the program.
And don’t forget – today, Wednesday, is your final day to buy discounted tickets for First Night Morris County. A splendid time is guaranteed for all!
