The 1920s returned to Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morris Township this weekend, much to the delight of the large crowd.

Everyone was treated to typical farm animals like horses,  cows, pics, chickens, and turkeys.

Fairgoers participated in period games, music, dancing and many other farm activities, from piglet-weighing to a blacksmithing demonstration.

Of course in order to weigh the 2-month-old piglets, someone first had to catch them, which proved to be no easy task.

It was hard to tell who had the most fun — the piglets or the kids chasing them.

There also were demonstrations of apple cider making, cooking, and quilting by staff and volunteers in period dress.
