Video playlist: The Declaration of Independence, and other 2016 Revolutionary Times hits

This video should be required viewing in all schools, and maybe in naturalization classes, too.

Tom Winslow of the Morristown National Historical Park delivers the Declaration of Independence with his usual gusto, reminding hundreds at Monday’s July Fourth gathering on the Morristown Green that this is a declaration, after all.

Our video playlist also includes a sterling rendition of the National Anthem by Pat Sanftner of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and clips from an Army concert and fireworks that were big parts of the Revolutionary Times Weekend organized by the Morris County Tourism Bureau.

A huge tip of the tricorner to Jeff Sovelove for his help this weekend. Want to share your photos or videos? Post them with #RevTimesForMG.
