Morristown police have identified the man who died Sunday morning on the Morristown Green as Kyree Adams.
Adams, 35, of Morristown, was found lying unconscious on a park bench at 7:30 am.
Officers Brendan Briscoe and Paul Johnson determined that Adams was not breathing and had no pulse. Police and Emergency Medical Technicians from Atlantic Health Services attempted to revive Adams, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
While police said there is “no indication of any danger to the community at this time,” they are asking anyone with information to contact the Morristown Police Investigative Unit at 973-538-2200.

The police, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and the Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating the death.
