The New Jersey Symphony will perform classical favorites, along with Hollywood and Broadway hits, at the 33rd annual Giralda Music & Arts Festival, on Sunday, June 26, 2016, at Giralda Farms in Madison.
Led by conductor Gemma New, the symphony will headline an afternoon that also includes art displays, children’s activities, a best-picnic-theme contest, ice cream from an antique truck, a 50-50 raffle, and more, to benefit the nonprofit Morris Arts.
“It is a wonderful way to herald summer – allowing people to take a real break from their hectic lives, relax on the beautiful lawns of the former Dodge estate, hear glorious music and enjoy time with family and friends – all for a very affordable price,” said Dr. Lynn Siebert of Morris Arts.
Admission at the gate is $20 for adults (over 12); children, $5; under 4, free. Advance prices are $15 for adults (over 12); children, $4; under 4, free.
Tickets are available online from Morris Arts or at (973) 285-5115, x 14, or at Kings Food Markets in Morristown and Chatham, or Gary’s Wine and Marketplace in Madison.
