THURSDAY, JUNE 16, 2016:
Downton Abbey is gone. But the Post Downton Abbey Support Group lives on, at the Morristown & Township Library. At 7 pm the group will dissect the Poldark series. Free. At One Miller Road, Morristown.
FRIDAY, JUNE 17:
Singer-songwriter Joe Crookston comes to The Minstrel in Morris Township at 8 pm, with Carrie Cantor opening. Admission: $9. At 21 Normandy Heights Road.
Grammy-nominated blues guitarist Junior Mack performs with Morristown’s Eric Hayes and an all-star band at Morristown’s End of Elm restaurant, at 9 pm. Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 at the door. At 140 Morris St. Read more here.

The Randolph Rocks 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for 8:30 am at Randolph High School at 511 Millbrook Ave.
The Morris Plains Farmers Market is back, on Saturdays from June 11 to Oct. 8, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Speedwell Avenue Merchant Block across from the train station.
The Great Swamp Watershed Association holds its fifth annual scavenger hunt, from 10 am to 4 pm, starting at the Helen C. Fenske Visitor Center, at the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, 2 Pleasant Plains Road, Harding Township. Tickets: $10/adult, $5/child (6 to 17), free, 5 or under. The Morristown Whiskey Fest comes to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church from 7 pm to 10 pm. Sample 50 whiskeys, and food; live music. A portion of proceeds goes to the Community Soup Kitchen. Admission: $100-$200. At Miller Road and Maple Avenue.
SUNDAY, JUNE 19, FATHER’S DAY:
The Morristown Farmers Market is back for its 26th season, every Sunday through Nov. 20 from 8:30 am to 2 pm, in parking lot 10 between Morris and Spring streets.
Morristown’s resident maestro, pianist Sebastián Forster, presents his Tangata Trio at the Mayo Performing Arts Center at 7 pm. His trio will celebrate works by Brazilian composer Astor Piazzolla, with additional piano solos by Forster. Tickets: $25, $20 for students with I.D. At 100 South St. Call 973-539-8008.
The Morristown National Historical Park presents Story-Songs of History by author, singer-songwriter and New Jersey resident Gordon Thomas Ward, at 3 pm, in the Washington’s Headquarters Museum, 30 Washington Place, Morristown. Free.
