If you like your music well done, you’re in for a rare treat on Friday, June 17, 2016.

Grammy-nominated guitarist Junior Mack of the Allman Brothers Band will be serving blues and soul within the cozy confines of Morristown’s End of Elm restaurant.

“It’s almost like a pop-up concert,” said Eric Hayes, who will be playing keyboard at the 9 pm concert.

They will be joined by horn players Lee Hogan, who played for Prince, and Danny Meyer of From Good Homes.  Sean Villere will play guitar, with Ian Carroll on drums.

Hayes, a Morristown resident who has shared stages with Gavin DeGraw and Martin Sexton, is a longtime friend of Mack and coaxed him into town a few years ago for an open mic series.

“He’s spent his life perfecting his craft, and he loves sharing his soul and gifting his talent to audiences,” said Hayes.

He said his friend was nominated for a Grammy for his work with the Heritage Blues Orchestra.

Admission to Friday’s performance is $18 in advance, $20 at the door.
