Video: Proclamation kicks off 2016 Morristown AIDS Walk
Morristown’s 24th annual AIDS Walk was a soggy affair, attended by 98 hearty souls.
Another 153 had registered, but apparently thought better of it when they saw Sunday’s raw, damp weather.
As a result, NJ AIDS Services fell $8,000 shy of its $50,000 target, said spokeswoman Joann McEniry.  But don’t despair–the nonprofit will continue accepting donations at its AIDS Walk website for a few more days.
Our thanks to Morristown Green contributor Jeff Sovelove for braving the elements to capture these sunny shots!
