- Jazzman Herb Gardner with daughter Abbie Gardner, of Red Molly fame, will return to the Bickford on Groundhog’s Day 2016.
You know, that day when most candidates pack their bags and leave Iowa as shadows of their former selves?
Well, they can cheer themselves up en route to New Hampshire by swinging by the Bickford Theatre in Morris Township for the 15th annual Groundhog’s Day Jazz Concert.
Trombonist/pianist Herb Gardner brings daughters Abbie Gardner (of Red Molly fame) and Sarah Gardner and a Grand Menagerie of jazz pros:
John Eckert, Joe Licari, James Chirillo, Mike Weatherly and Robbie Scott.
Showtime is 8 pm, at the Bickford inside the Morris Museum, 6 Normandy Heights Road.
Tickets are $15 in advance (up to 5 pm on show day) and $18 at the door.
