Mayor Tim Dougherty’s office announced on Thursday that residents who park on-street or who hold on-street parking permits won’t be charged for using the Dalton (Cattano Avenue), Ann/Bank and DeHart garages all day Saturday and Sunday.

This extends free overnight parking announced earlier this week.

To avoid parking fees over the weekend, these vehicles must be removed by 6 pm on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016. Driver’s licenses should be shown as proof of residency upon exiting.
