Legendary guitarist and inventor Les Paul would have turned 100 in 2015.
Three of his musical comrades will celebrate this milestone on Jan. 2, 2016, at the Sanctuary series in Chatham.
Guitarists Frank Vignola and Lou Pallo and bassist Nicki Parrott backed Paul at New York’s Iridium jazz club for more than a decade. This show marks The Les Paul Trio’s first reunion since his death in 2009.
Expect some surprise guests, and an eclectic repertoire that reflects Paul’s own wide-ranging tastes.
Showtime is 8 pm. Tickets are $25. The Sanctuary is inside the Presbyterian Church, at 240 Southern Blvd.
