The teams face off at 4:15 pm at the Bridgewater Sports Arena.

The sixth-seeded Colonials advanced with a 6-1 victory against Montgomery last week. Teddy Dolan scored twice for Morristown in that one.

Earlier in the week, MHS defeated Monroe, 5-2, in the opening round of the state Public A tournament.

Third-seeded Ridge edged Morristown 4-2 in a recent meeting.   Colonials’ Coach Bobby Jones told The Star-Ledger that his team’s challenge will be slowing down the speedy Ridge skaters.

Goalie Evan Szary will need to shut down top Ridge scorers Jack Kelly (18 goals) and Ian Solomon (13 goals).

The Colonials’ attack is paced by All-Star Bradley Greik, with 19 goals, and Jakob DeFares, a 12-goal scorer.
