What better day than John Lennon’s birthday to proclaim All You Need Is Love?

Doctors Deepak Chopra and Dean Ornish prescribed precisely that on Thursday, at the grand opening of Morristown Medical Center’s Chambers Center for Well Being in Morris Township.

Ornish, a cardiologist, cited studies that he said correlate reversal of heart disease and prostate cancer with lifestyle changes. While meditation, exercise and diet are important, he said warm relationships are essential for the body’s natural defenses to soldier on.

Chopra asserted that emotions can trigger these defenses.

We cannot verify any of this…although healthy lifestyles certainly seem like smart choices.  Check out our video and see what you think.
