US ARMY FIELD BAND
The U.S. Army Field Band comes to Morris Township on July 29.

They have played the world’s great concert halls, performed at presidential inaugural parades and shared stages with the likes of the Boston Pops.

Tonight, July 29, 2014, members the U.S. Army Field Band will march onto Ginty Field in Morris Township for a free evening of orchestral masterworks, jazz classics and Broadway favorites.

The 65-member Concert Band and 29-voice Soldiers Chorus have entertained audiences in all 50 states and 30 countries.

They have to be good…nobody wants KP duty for flubbed solos!

Showtime is 7 pm. Plenty of parking is close by: Ginty Field, the township municipal building, the police visitors lot, Woodland School and the Ginty Pool.

Bring lawn chairs or beach blankets, and come early to stake out your spot.  Ginty Field is on Woodland Avenue.
