Morristown’s Second Ward was pretty soggy on Thursday morning. But there were no rowboats, traffic was moving on Martin Luther King Avenue and the basement of the Bethel AME Church was dry, Praise the Lord!

The Whippany River seemed in a hurry to be on its way. And the sun even poked out once or twice. Could spring finally be ready to make an appearance?
