Two southbound lanes of Route 287 in Morristown, south of exit 36, are blocked because of a flooding advisory, reports TransOptions.
The closure, reported just before 2 pm on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, affects two right lanes and is anticipated to last for three- to four hours, the site reports.
