With up to three more inches of snow forecast for Saturday, free parking at select Morristown garages has been extended for residents through Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, Mayor Tim Dougherty’s office announced on Friday.
Vehicles must be removed by 8 am or parking fees will be applied.
The Morristown Parking Authority venues are:
- Dalton garage on Cattano Avenue
- The Ann/Bank streets garage
- The DeHart garage
- The Vail Mansion parking deck
Residents must produce drivers licenses for fees to be waived. The free parking is intended to make it easier for public works crews to clear snow from streets.
