Nearly a week after a burst pipe flooded three floors, the Morristown & Township Library will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014.

paleoSome portions may be closed to accommodate electrical repairs, and some outlets are inoperable for the moment. But otherwise,  everything is ready to go, Chad Leinaweaver, the library’s assistant director, said on Monday.

Normal hours will resume, he said. Those hours are: Monday-Thursday., 9-9; Friday, 9-6; Saturday, 9:30-5; and Sunday, 1-5 pm, at One Miller Road in Morristown.

That means Thursday’s workshop about “Paleo” diets is a go, too, at 1 pm on Jan. 16.  Dr. Nancy Smith of the Smith Chiropractic and Wellness Center will describe how to “sleep better…sustain more energy, lose weight easily, and overall look and feel 100 percent!”

The talk is free, so don’t, as they say in wellness circles, be a gluten for punishment. Grab your nuts, and berries, and seeds, and prepare to forage for knowledge at the library, while supplies last.

And bring your hip-waders. Just in case.
