If you thought the Morristown & Township Library might be a good place to ride out the Polar Vortex, think again.

A burst water pipe shut down the facility late this morning, Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014.

The Morristown Fire Department was out in force. The library will be closed all day, according to its website.

At noontime, the temperature outside the library was a tropical 14 degrees.

Is it just me, or is this Alaskan winter growing a little tiresome?
