Ask an Attorney: What to Expect When You’re Expecting a Lawsuit
Featuring Gregory D. R. Behringer, Mario N. Delmonaco and Luther Griffin Jones, III.
MORRISTOWN, NJ—The Morristown & Morris Township Library is hosting a program on Tuesday, September 10 entitled “Ask an Attorney: What to Expect When You’re Expecting a Lawsuit.” The free program begins at 7:00 p.m. and refreshments will be served. This program is supported through funding from the Friends of the Morristown & Morris Township Library.
This program will provide insightful tips and answers from three experienced attorneys concerning various legal issues with which one may come in contact. The attorneys can offer general advice for those looking for more information tied into everything from temporary disability and personal injury to child support and civil restraint issues. They will also cover information about divorce, domestic violence, worker’s compensation, and municipal court issues.
Gregory D. R. Behringer
Mr. Behringer is an attorney at Laufer, Dalena, Cadicina, Jensen & Boyd, LLC in Morristown. Mr. Behringer received his Bachelor of Science from Hampden-Sydney College and his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University “With Distinction” where he was an Associate Justice of Moot Court. Following law school, he completed a clerkship with the Honorable James M. DeMarzo, Family Part, Morris County, prior to joining the firm. Mr. Behringer is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and for the USPTO. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, Hunterdon County Bar Association, and the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court.
Mario N. Delmonaco
Mr. Delmonaco is an attorney at Laufer, Dalena, Cadicina, Jensen & Boyd, LLC in Morristown. He concentrates his practice in the area of matrimonial law. Mr. Delmonaco graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Pre-Law and was a member of the Golden Key Honors Society. He received his juris doctor from Thomas M. Luther Griffin Jones III
