The flood warning is in effect through 1 pm on July 1, 2013.

Meanwhile, TransOptions reports that Route 24 East, at Exit 2 (Columbia Turnpike) in Hanover is closed as of 10:45 am, because of flooding. It’s expected to be a couple of hours before the exit reopens.
