This Lawrenceville combo–Madelyn Curtin (vocals/guitar), Pranav Sabanayagam (drums), Col McLaren (bass) and David Connelly (keyboards/trumpet)–outpolled five other groups in our online voting during the run-up to First Night.
Congratulations to Faithless Loyalties, which will share a $250 prize and free instruction at Morristown’s Original Music School, and to ELI, the Angry Politicians, Rachel Clinton & Becca Johnson, Room 4 Three and Ben Rhodes for an outstanding competition.
Our thanks to band mom Carol Connelly for video of Faithless Loyalties performing its original song, Fool Me Twice, at Morristown High School on First Night.

Thank you Kevin for making the correction on Madelyn’s name and for the coverage. Also, thank you to First Night Morris 2013 and Craig Schlosser for providing a great New Year’s Eve alternative celebration of the arts.
