Remember that 12/12/12 concert at Madison Square Garden for Hurricane Sandy relief?
Well, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.
Morristown High School plans to show the big boys how it’s done, with “Sand-Aid” on Jan. 18.
Art of Play, a band that has played Harlem’s famed Apollo Theater, is pulling together some musical friends. They include fellow Morristown’s Got Talent! performers Captain Lung (third prize this year) and Hanna Neil, plus Hoi Polloi and Rich Meyer.
Showtime is 7 pm at the high school, and $10 tickets may be purchased at ArtOfPlayMusic.com.
