A video sprint to the finish line of the Verizon Wireless 5K in Morristown

Thundering hoof beats! It’s the 2011 Verizon Wireless Corporate Classic 5K!

Richard Luettchau, 26, of Somerset won with a time of 16:13 (a 5:13 pace). The top woman, Elena Rozhko, 37, of Morristown-by-way-of-Ukraine, ran a 17:49 race, beating all but 11 men in the competition.
Altogether, there were 4,500 participants. Now in year six, the annual event raised $10,000 for Jersey Battered Women’s Service Inc.
