Their scooter looked familiar on Thursday, but we hardly recognized Javier Sepulveda and Teddy, his faithful Cavalier/Bichon Frise mix, without their gladiator gear from last fall’sAll Howl’s Eve Dog Parade.
Javier, an engineer who lives in Morristown, said he and Teddy have not decided how they will defend their crown at this year’s parade.
“How do you top that?” Javier asked.
